   Deployed weatherproof QR code stations at site entrances paired with optional biometric verification for high-security areas, making clock-in as simple as a quick scan.

4. Real-Time Dashboard & Alerts
   Created live dashboards showing site attendance, automated alerts for overtime thresholds, and integration with existing payroll systems for seamless data flow.
